Which suits you best? Group instruction is great because it allows you to tap into the energy of the group, which often gets students deeper into a relaxed state. Group classes tend to be more cost effective as well. That being said, Private instruction is also a fantastic option for those of you who wish to fine tune your practices. It is great to have Kristin’s undivided attention and to feel the comfort of working through your challenges without the presence of others. Yoga
If you are a beginner or intermediate yogi, seeking a challenging class or a relaxing class, you can find the right fit by taking a class with Kristin.
Although each class is slightly different (tailored to the time of day it is given, etc.) you will get a deeper, more peaceful practice through yoga. Classes will make you feel supported, yet challenging, and will be taught in an upbeat setting. Feel your breath deepen and your troubles melt away as you take part in the stretching, strengthening, sweating, and balance of the body and mind. Pranayama (breathing techniques), some simple chanting, and meditation are introduced. A few Qigong (energy cultivation) moves are incorporated to help increase your energy. You will leave with a calmer, clearer mind.

Qigong
If you are looking to increase your energy and feel more balanced in life, Qigong is the class to take! You will learn simple, yet powerful movements to help clear any blockages of energy throughout the body. As a result, you’ll feel improved immunity, strength, and mental clarity, just to name a few. Qigong classes are suitable for EVERYONE and are a perfect aid to help you through a stressed out lifestyle. Lunchtime classes are available for your convenience and evening classes paired with guided meditation are a way to help your body heal even more.
